How do customer enquiries and partner handoffs work?
Japan Motor Hub is the central contact for customer enquiries. When an enquiry or sourcing brief could benefit from a retailer, specialist preparer, or import partner, JMH discusses a potential handoff directly with the relevant business. JMH remains your point of contact throughout the introduction.
Are private vehicle offers available in Eternity?
No vehicle offers, photographs or purchase options are currently available in Eternity. Future private access will require the JMH owner’s personal approval of the business and an explicit grant for each individual offer. Any purchase will also require the owner’s separate personal approval. Signing in or receiving company access does not grant access to offers or authorise a purchase.
How are commercial terms agreed?
We discuss each vehicle brief and collaboration directly. Responsibilities, pricing basis and terms are agreed before a commercial commitment; submitting a profile does not place an order or promise a volume of business.
How should Japanese exporters or overseas suppliers get in touch?
Exporters and inspection partners can use the direct enquiry form to introduce their company, export licences, and inspection workflow.
