For an accepted project, the shipping route, responsible party and expected stages are agreed for the chosen vehicle.

UK customs and compliance
Customs, tax, approval and registration steps depend on the individual car. We confirm whether the pilot can help review them before you commit.

Registration
The vehicle-specific paperwork and route are confirmed before registration.

Handover
Collection or delivery, the responsible party and any cost are agreed for the individual car before handover.

An independent check before you buy — for cars already in the UK and vehicles being sourced from Japan.
Send us the listing and the vehicle’s location. We’ll agree the inspection scope, how it will be carried out and what we can report before you book.
Any distance considered. Travel and arrangements are agreed individually. We aim to offer a lower-cost alternative to larger inspection providers.
Limited inspection slots. We’re a small team, so availability depends on the location and the work involved. Please check with us before committing to the car.
